SkyPark is a partnership between Burrington Estates and Devon County Council. It is the cornerstone development of the Exeter and East Devon Growth Point initiative. Over the next 20 years, this £210 million development is predicted to create up to 6,500 new jobs with a significant positive impact on the local economy as part of the wider Exeter and East Devon New Growth Point initiative.
